Zoroh Growth Partners
Commercial growth systems for founders and owners building beyond themselves.

Dave Soraghan, Founder, Zoroh Growth Partners
About Dave

I build revenue systems that work without me.

I have spent my career inside revenue organisations, not advising them from the outside. I have led sales floors, rebuilt underperforming teams, installed forecasting systems, and scaled GTM operations across multiple countries. I know what it feels like when revenue is unpredictable and the business depends on one person to close every deal, because I have been the person hired to fix that problem.

Now I do it for founders and owner-led businesses across Ireland, UK, and Europe.

To Turn Region Around

I joined Glassdoor in 2015 and was promoted to lead the EMEA revenue function in 2020, at a point when the region was in decline. Revenue had stalled. Morale was low. Forecasting was unreliable. The global business was considering deprioritising the region entirely.

Within six months, we turned it around. Within 24 months, we more than doubled EMEA ARR from $15M to $31M.

That result did not come from a single sales hire or a new pitch deck. It came from rebuilding the entire commercial engine: diagnosing the structural problems, aligning leadership around shared metrics, and then executing a disciplined GTM motion across Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and HR. I built and led a 60-person cross-functional organisation that delivered consistent, predictable growth in a complex multi-country market.

That experience is the foundation of everything I do at Zoroh. The methodology is the same. The rigour is the same. The difference is that I now bring it to founders and owner-led businesses who are building something of their own.

What drives me

I am at my best when I am building something with people who care about getting better. The work I love most is taking a team or an organisation that has potential and helping them find the structure, clarity, and rhythm that turns effort into results. That is not a consulting pitch. It is the thing that genuinely motivates me.

I have always believed that the best commercial leaders are builders, not just managers. They design systems that make good people better. They create environments where performance is visible, coaching is constant, and accountability runs in every direction. That is the kind of leader I have tried to be throughout my career, and it is the kind of thinking I bring into every Zoroh engagement.

Outside of work, I apply the same discipline to the things that matter most. I have completed two marathons in the last two years, in Rome and Barcelona, not because I am a natural runner, but because I believe in committing to hard things and finishing them. Weekends are for family. That boundary is non-negotiable. Striking the balance between building something ambitious and being present for the people who matter most is not a nice-to-have for me. It is how I operate, and it shapes the way I work with founders who are navigating the same tension.

“I don’t believe in work-life balance as a slogan. I believe in knowing what matters, protecting it, and building systems around it so nothing important gets dropped.”

Why founders partner with me

Operator intensity, not consulting theatre.

01

I have done the job, not just advised on it

Most consultants and fractional leaders have a framework. I have a 60-person GTM org I built from scratch and a region I turned around in six months. The advice I give is rooted in decisions I have actually made, with real revenue on the line.

02

I build systems, not dependencies

The goal of every engagement is a business that runs better after I leave. I install operating rhythm, sales process, pipeline structure, KPIs, and team accountability that persist. My clients do not need me forever, and that is by design.

03

I work across the full commercial engine

Revenue problems are rarely just sales problems. They are leadership problems, process problems, hiring problems, and forecasting problems that show up as missed targets. I work across all of them because I have led all of them.

04

I speak founder, and bring operator intensity to the work

I work with people who are building businesses, not managing portfolios. Conversations are direct, practical, and focused on what actually moves the number. The same drive that pushes me to train for marathons and commit to hard things shows up in how I work with clients. I care about the outcome. I follow through. I build the system alongside you to make sure it works.

05

I run my own practice on what I install

Zoroh is AI-fluent in practice, not AI-native. I run my own delivery on AI-leveraged workflows: research, prospecting, meeting prep, follow-up, forecasting, reporting. Every move I install at clients runs in our own delivery first. You get systems that have been pressure-tested, not theoretical AI bets.
